Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to manage delivery routes effectively.
Duties
- Operate box trucks or step vans to deliver products to designated locations.
- Ensure timely delivery of items while following established routes.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking shipments and obtaining signatures.
- Communicate effectively with other staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
- Assist in the warehouse as needed, including organizing inventory and preparing shipments.
- Deliver packages that are time commits on time while being efficient.
- Must be able to complete 95-150 stops a day.
Requirements
- Must be 21+
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Clean background
- Experience in commercial driving is preferred; familiarity with box trucks or vans is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) safely and efficiently. 150 pounds With Dolly.
- Knowledge of route driving and navigation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- For Hire endorsement required. Will help provide when hired
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT screening
- DOT Medical card (will be provided at drug screen)
- High school diploma or higher

Start pay is $150-180 a day
- Raises will be based on experience, performance, and attendance.
