Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and develop Client’s latest front-end that all our customers interact with
-
Develop functional and appealing web- and mobile-based applications working with UI/UX designers
-
Address high latency low bandwidth optimized UIs for maximum performance and efficiency
-
Enhance Client’s existing lightweight, mobile optimized JavaScript framework
-
Develop rich interactive widgets as per of Client’s search experience
-
Ensure your user interfaces work across a broad spectrum of mobile devices (don’t worry – Client has a great mobile testing lab filled with hardware devices!) and cross-browser compatibility

Assist with the front-end development of Client’s video platform
The following experience is a plus:
-
.NET / C# middleware experience
-
.NET MVC and WebAPI
-
Underscore.JS framework experience
Qualifications
-
At least 5 years of experience
-
Solid experience in front end web development
-
Solid HTML5 & CSS3 experience
-
Expert JavaScript experience – we love both vanilla high performance JavaScript as well as knowledge of JS frameworks
-
Knowledge of Single Page Apps
-
Proven track record of delivering high performance web applications
-
Mobile web development experience a must
-
MVC design pattern
-
Proficient understanding of modern code versioning tools, such as Mercurial or Git
