We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Property Manager to oversee a multifamily apartment community in Stuart, FL. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys variety, leadership, and balancing both residential and commercial operations.
What You’ll Do
As Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day performance across both properties — ensuring smooth operations, financial stability, and satisfied residents and tenants. You’ll:
- Manage daily operations including leasing, renewals, financials, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Lead and mentor onsite staff through clear communication, scheduling, and accountability.
- Oversee budgets, rent collection, and reporting to meet financial goals for both sites.
- Conduct regular inspections, maintain high property standards, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord/tenant, and commercial lease regulations.
- Partner closely with ownership and leadership to support continued growth and improvements.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of multifamily housing experience, with at least 2 years in a management or assistant management role.
- Strong understanding of both residential and commercial property operations.
- Solid financial acumen — able to read financial statements, manage budgets, and forecast expenses.
- In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord/tenant laws.
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with OneSite is highly desirable.
