About the Role:
Job Title: Data Analyst
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Data Analyst to support BAU operations and strategic project initiatives, with a strong focus on data integration and analytics. This role requires hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, and cloud-based data platforms to deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data
- Use Python for data analysis, automation, and data processing
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
- Work with AWS-based data platforms and cloud environments
- Manage and analyze data using Snowflake and Databricks
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data requirements and deliver impactful insights
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong expertise in SQL (complex queries, joins, transformations)
- Hands-on experience with Python for analytics
- Experience working with AWS services
- Proficiency in Tableau for reporting and visualization
- Experience with Snowflake and Databricks
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services or banking
- Exposure to financial data, risk, fraud, or regulatory reporting
- Experience handling large-scale cloud-based datasets
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, and security best practices
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$70,000–80,000 annually]/[$40.00-45.00 per hour]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
