About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Catering Staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences at Legends Global Mayo Civic Center in Rochester, MN. You'll help plan, prepare, and present food and beverages for events while providing the highest level of guest service.

What You'll Do
- Greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness
- Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and applicable liquor laws
- Answer guest questions about food, beverages, and facilities accurately and warmly
- Identify food orders when ready and deliver items to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure all tables, buffets, stations, and catering setups are completed on time and to event requirements
- Communicate with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow checklists and standard operating procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area
- Maintain full knowledge of menus, recipes, and relevant event information
- Uphold constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling standards
- Prepare work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing per company standards

Requirements
- Prior catering, banquet, or food service experience preferred
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and knowledgeable of responsible service standards
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced event environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift as needed
