What you'll do as Account Manager:
- Own and grow relationships with assigned client accounts
- Manage the full promo product lifecycle(sourcing, quoting, proofs, production)
- Present creative product ideas for events, gifting, onboarding kits and campaigns
- Coordinate with suppliers, decorators and fulfillment partners
- Track timelines, budgets and order details with precision
- Identify upsell opportunities and seasonal programs
- Troubleshoot issues before they become client problems
What you bring:
- Experience in promotional products, print, marketing or agency account management
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Creative thinking and confidence presenting ideas
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Familiarity with ASI, SAGE, or DistributorCentral is a plus
Hours for this position are Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.
