Crew Driver (Maritime Transportation)
We are seeking a dependable and professional Crew Driver to provide safe, efficient, and timely transportation for maritime crew members, captains, personnel, and packages. This role plays a vital part in supporting smooth port and vessel operations while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport crew members and passengers
- Plan and adjust routes using internal systems, considering traffic and weather conditions
- Accurately complete daily trip logs, customs documentation, and required reports
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness, fueling, and basic upkeep
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and job updates
- Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with crew, port authorities, and internal teams
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must have a TWIC Card
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using GPS and Navigational Tools
