Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as an Embroidery Machine Operator and bring vibrant designs to life! In this role, you will operate and maintain industrial embroidery machines to produce custom embroidery on individual products per specifications. Your attention to detail and technical skills will ensure each product meets our quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where creativity and precision come together to create stunning finished products.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay: Starting at $17.20 per hour
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate embroidery machines as required.
- General maintenance or machines - oiling, greasing, needle changing, threading,
- Pulling orders from inventory to add logos.
- Running orders as they come through production.
- Setting up new logos and running samples.
- Working with customer service when information is needed.
- Keeping track of thread and bobbin inventory.
- Helping with inspection in down time.
- Follow all safety protocols.
- Maintain a high level of quality per our internal & external customer requirements.
- Ability to work with a team to communicate and follow instructions to execute simple and multistep sewing requirements.
- Check the quality of embroidered pieces.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation throughout the day.
- Organize and identify the need for requisition of sewing supplies.
- Performs other duties as requested.
- Meet production standards.
- Participation in the initial training period. Details to be provided.
- Training as required beyond the initial training period.
- Is a team player, recognizing the interaction of all production activities and working with other staff members as needed, to complete all orders.
- Ability to learn and retain embroidering processes for various TigerTough products.
General Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure safety and accuracy
- Great attention to detail - ability to stay very focused on tasks
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to find and change the way things are done to be more efficient
- Basic computer and math skills
- Willingness to follow instructions
- Ability to operate an embroidery machine - training may be required
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Willingness to act quickly on requests and changes from the Embroidery Department Lead
- Willingness to treat co-workers with dignity and respect
- Willingness to work overtime when required - including days longer than 8 hours and additional days
- Working a Monday through Friday schedule
- Stellar attendance and punctuality are essential
Physical requirements:
- Regularly spend long hours standing or walking
- Regularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlessly
- Regularly work on repetitive tasks
- Regularly use hands and fingers to handle and control objects
- Regularly see details of objects that are less than a few feet away
- Regularly speak clearly so listeners can understand

- Occasionally lift 5-10 pounds
