As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Driver Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary: We are seeking a Driver Supervisor to help oversee all delivery operations for Vacationland Distributors NH, ensuring our routes run efficiently, our drivers feel supported, and our customers receive exceptional service. You’ll help supervise route planning, staffing, vehicle maintenance coordination, and day to day delivery execution while fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Take pride in keeping a delivery team running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’re motivated by building strong relationships, developing people, and creating structure that helps a team succeed every day.
- Route Planning — Help build efficient daily routes, balance loads, limit miles/hours, and evaluate route structure quarterly to semi annually.
- Driver Leadership — Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and support drivers; help lead weekly driver meetings; provide daily supervision and feedback.
- Daily Delivery Oversight — Manage real time delivery issues, partner with customers, and ensure high quality service throughout the day.
- Driver Check In — Review end of day issues, document concerns, coach on mistakes, and escalate when needed.
- Vehicle Maintenance Coordination — Oversee daily vehicle inspections, track maintenance, and plan for equipment needs.
- DOT Compliance — Stay current on federal regulations and keep training materials updated.
- Passionately and authentically represent our brands and our company culture
- Ensure that drivers follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and DOT regulations
- Deliver products to the best on- and off-premise spots in New Hampshire
- Safely lift full and empty kegs of beer, cases of cans and bottles of beer
- Keep our warehouse in "visitor-ready" condition
- Exceed our accounts' expectations daily
- Occasionally work an event or festival in the evening or on weekends

Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain DOT Med Card
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, multi-tasker
- Brings 2-5 years of delivery, logistics, routing, or transportation leadership experience.
- Is highly organized, proactive, and able to balance daily execution with long term planning.
- Strong communication, time management, and the ability to adapt quickly as the day unfolds.
- High energy, solutions driven operations leader who takes ownership and thrives in a fast paced environment.
- Enjoys problem solving, coaching, and creating efficiencies in a dynamic environment.
- Communicates clearly, giving direct and constructive feedback, and builds trust with drivers, peers, and customers.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) & Google Suite software
- Ability to work in multiple environments between the office, warehouse and on the road regularly working around moving equipment, outdoor weather, and moderate noise
- Beer is heavy - applicants should be able to safely lift large amounts of weight up 150lbs regularly
