Essential Duties and Responsibilities including; but are not limited to the following.
- Perform daily cycle counts on inventory items.
- Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory.
- Pack, identify and put away all finished goods and details from INS into proper Bin locations.
- Pick parts as needed for pick list, travelers and assembly.
- Assign tooling to work travelers and return tools to proper bin location.
- Sign into and track work using an ERP system.
- Move products to other areas as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned when required.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Prior experience is a plus but not required.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with manufactured aerospace components preferred. Ability to add and subtract and have a basic understanding of computer skills.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate clearly with supervisor and coworkers.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving limited variables in manufacturing process.
