What You'll Do
- Drive a company-provided mobile grooming van to client appointments
- Deliver professional grooming services for dogs of all sizes and breeds
- Create a calm, safe, and comfortable grooming experience in a well-equipped mobile environment
- Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and maintaining a professional, friendly presence
- Observe pets’ coats and skin during grooming and communicate any health concerns to owners
- Keep the grooming van clean and organized, sanitizing tools and equipment between appointments
- Maintain accurate grooming records and follow all safety, hygiene, and animal welfare protocols
- Manage your schedule effectively to ensure timely and productive appointments
Compensation
- 40–45% commission based on experience
- Daily earnings of $300+, depending on appointments and schedule
- 100% of tips go directly to you
- Pick your hours — with additional earning potential for weekend shifts

What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of professional dog grooming experience
- Prior mobile grooming experience is a plus
- Strong skills in breed-specific and general grooming techniques
- Must be able to lift at least 70 pounds
- Experience with cats is a plus
- Portfolio required — please include grooming photos with your application
- A genuine love for dogs and a commitment to providing excellent care
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards
- Experience with Pet CRM software (MoeGo) is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Saturday or Sunday availability is required
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
