Join us as a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Operations at Thermo Fisher Scientific to advance manufacturing excellence in support of our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate manufacturing activities, and guide teams to achieve exceptional results in safety, quality, and efficiency. Working in a GMP-regulated environment, you'll advance continuous improvement initiatives, implement lean manufacturing practices, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while developing strategic solutions to meet business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to enhance production processes, support team development, and cultivate a culture of operational excellence.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of progressive manufacturing, assembly, or operations leadership experience; or
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related field and a minimum of three (3) years of progressive manufacturing, assembly, or operations leadership experience.
