About us: We are looking for professional individuals with a strong work ethic to join our existing team working in Torrance, CA area. These critical positions will work closely with team to ensure all cleanings are performed as scheduled. Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed and that all cleaning, disinfecting, and documentation expectations adhere to the customer’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation practices (GDP), all training requirements are maintained at a status of “current” and that all customer requests for special tasks are accomplished.
Cleanroom Cleaner and Supervisor overview:
The Associate will be properly trained on the client’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with further responsibility to ensure that all zone cleaning, disinfecting, and documentation expectations are met in accordance with company policy and contract specifications.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- The ability to read and understand in English all revisions of applicable Customer assigned SOPs, policy, and procedure.
- The ability to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends, overtime, be on-call. Special assignments Can be scheduled and will be communicated in advance.
- The ability to demonstrate cleaning techniques, including the ability to lift 40 lbs, work overhead and stand for extended periods.
- Possess strong communication skills, work well in a team environment and be open minded to new tasks and responsibilities.
- The ability to write English with good documentation practices.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of work experience
- Excellent attendance record

- Standing, bending, and reaching for 4-8 hours
- Must be able to pass drug test, pass a criminal background check and meet all our client’s site training requirements.
Essential Job Duties:
- Must understand and be able to mix and apply chemicals properly.
- Vacuum mats inside and outside
- Empty trash cans.
- Clean glass doors and windows.
- Supervise staff and communicate the SOW to be performed daily.
- Document counseling memos as required.
- Actively facilitate all required training and schedule cross training where needed.
- Perform work site inspections and coaching by walking around.
- Ensure staffing levels are met for your area of responsibility.
- Ensure that dress code is met according to company and customer policy.
- Perform injury report investigations and near misses for your department.
- Verify that timeclock entries are accurate.
- Review all GMP documentation for accuracy daily during shift and before leaving.
