Clubhouse Dining Manager
Wetherington Golf & Country Club is seeking an experienced Clubhouse Dining Manager to lead the daily front-of-house operations across our dining venues. This role is responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences through outstanding service, strong team leadership, and a commitment to the club's high standards of hospitality.
The Clubhouse Dining Manager oversees staffing, scheduling, training, and the day-to-day operations of all dining outlets while working closely with the Executive Chef, Event Coordinator, and Director of Clubhouse Operations to deliver seamless service and exceptional experiences for our members and their guests. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys building relationships, and leads by example.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily front-of-house operations of all clubhouse dining venues, including à la carte dining, member events, and banquets.
- Maintain the highest standards of service, hospitality, and presentation.
- Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and develop front-of-house staff while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
- Lead daily pre-shift meetings, assign side work, and ensure dining areas are prepared for service.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Event Coordinator, and Director of Clubhouse Operations to ensure seamless daily operations and event execution.
- Manage front-of-house supplies, labor, and the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Resolve member and guest concerns professionally while maintaining a visible presence and building strong relationships with the membership.
- Manage beverage ordering and monthly inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels and effective cost control.
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing front-of-house operations in a private club, upscale restaurant, or hospitality environment a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and member service.
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and food pairings, with the ability to educate and support the service team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
