Job Summary:
Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to be an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, detail oriented and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner in key to success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Generate emails, spreadsheets and reports when appropriate
- Completion of applications and supplemental information
- Respond to questions and request for information
- Answer incoming call, schedule appointments and assume other receptionist duties when needed
Qualification and Skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in timely manner
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and grammar, particularly with typing college applications
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
