Position Details
- Type: Part-time (10–20 hours per week)
- Schedule: Typically Mondays and Fridays, 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Location: In-person, Bethesda, MD
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Role Overview
As a Fulfillment Operations Associate, you will play a key role in accurately preparing and shipping customer orders. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with computers, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review customer orders and determine required materials
- Use internal software to transfer photos and videos onto products with high accuracy
- Sort and prepare packages based on shipping methods
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with monthly inventory counts
- Identify and report product or order discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Participate in team meetings and support team operations as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency (email, internet, file handling)
- Ability to follow processes and use computerized systems
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
- 1–3 years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or similar environments preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry product boxes safely
