JWe are hiring appointment setters who know how to start conversations from scratch on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, warm people up, and book the right ones onto a call. This is outreach. You are reaching out to people who fit our audience, opening a real conversation, building genuine interest, and setting appointments with the ones who are a fit.
This is not cold calling a purchased list, and it is not waiting for inbound to trickle in. It is proactive, human, DM-based outreach where your ability to connect with a stranger and make them feel understood is the whole job. If that is your strength and you have been stuck with bad scripts and messy systems that made you look worse than you are, this is a clean operation that lets your skill show.

Bart Merrell International is a remote consulting and coaching business helping people build side income and financial security by monetizing what they already know and do. We are growing, which is why we are building out our outreach and setting bench.
What you will do
- Start conversations from scratch with people who fit our audience on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Open naturally, build rapport, and turn a cold contact into a warm one through real conversation, not copy-paste spam
- Find out what is really driving the person, their goals, their frustration, what would make them say yes
- Qualify honestly and book the right people onto a call with a closer
- Follow up consistently, because most of the money is in the follow-up
- Keep the CRM clean after every conversation so the team can move fast
You will do well here if
- You have done outreach, setting, or inside sales before and can point to results
- You are genuinely good in DMs and can sound like a human, not a bot blasting the same message
- You are comfortable starting conversations with people who were not expecting you
- You are disciplined enough to hit daily outreach numbers without someone watching over your shoulder
- You are organized and you actually update the CRM
- You want to get better and you take coaching
