Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and ensuring timely delivery of drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following strict food safety and food handling protocols to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently.
- Monitor guest behavior in nightclubs or banquet settings to promote safety while providing attentive customer service.
- Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for catering or banquet events, ensuring seamless service during large parties or special occasions.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as serving drinks, managing cash transactions, and maintaining cleanliness simultaneously.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for order processing and sales tracking.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices.
- Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus for managing larger events smoothly.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours while maintaining high-quality service.
