Role Description:
The ABA Provider role is a full-time or part-time, on-site position located in New York City. You will be responsible for implementing ABA interventions to increase academic and adaptive skills of children with autism spectrum disorder. You will work closely with the student’s family and Project CaLi’s Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBAs) supervisors to develop and implement individualized behavior and education plans and collect data to track student progress.
Requirements:
- Must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and NY LBA
- Master’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field. MSEd preferred but not required
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges, in an applied behavior analysis (ABA) setting
- Ability to implement behavior and education plans and collect data accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication and report writing skills (a written sample will be requested)
- Ensure student records are organized, complete, and updated regularly
- Adhere to all deadlines and agency protocols
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- A strong work ethic and sense of accountability
- Experience with impartial hearings is a Plus
