Duties

- Promote upcoming sales, special events, and exclusive drops to maximize audience participation and sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content that highlights featured products using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Manage social media accounts using platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and grow follower engagement.
- Analyze sales data and digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and marketing analytics tools to optimize future live sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales transactions, and customer interactions to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in live streaming sales, social media management, or digital marketing within the collectibles or e-commerce industry.
- Strong knowledge of trading cards, collectibles markets, and current trends in the hobby industry.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software for content creation.
- Skilled in social media marketing strategies including Facebook Advertising, content writing, branding, and media performance analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences passionately and professionally.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high energy levels during live broadcasts.
- Experience with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to monitor online conversations around collectibles.
