The Asphalt Laborer is responsible for supporting paving and road construction projects by preparing sites, handling asphalt materials, and assisting with the installation and finishing of asphalt surfaces. This position requires manual labor, teamwork, adherence to safety protocols, and a willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Assist in preparing job sites and materials for asphalt paving.

Load, unload, and transport asphalt and paving materials.

Spread, level, and compact asphalt using hand tools and machinery.

Operate equipment such as wheelbarrows, shovels, tampers, and rollers.

Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and job sites.
