We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team as Independent Contractors across the South Bay and greater Los Angeles area. Because we're early-stage, the people who join now have a real shot at growing with us — for the right people, this is a path into higher operations roles as we scale.
In this role, you'll provide high-quality cleaning services for offices, retail spaces, warehouses, gyms, and managed properties, delivering the same reliable, consistent standard our clients count on at every visit.

Key Responsibilities
- Travel to commercial client locations using your own reliable vehicle.
- Perform routine cleaning, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect kitchens and break rooms, including countertops, sinks, appliance exteriors, backsplashes, and cabinets.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, showers, and fixtures.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces as needed.
- Perform deep cleaning services, including baseboards, inside appliances, detailed room cleaning, and turnover cleanings for property management clients.
- Complete specialized cleaning tasks such as floor care, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and other services when required.
- Follow Inti's cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions to ensure consistent, high-quality results at every visit.
- Safely use, maintain, and store cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Report any maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards observed during service.
- Provide professional, friendly, and respectful service during every client visit — you're often the face of Inti to our clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional cleaning experience (residential, commercial, housekeeping, hotel, or janitorial).
- Reliable personal vehicle with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional cleaning results.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Dependable, punctual, honest, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift up to 40 lbs., and perform cleaning tasks throughout the day.
- Comfortable using smartphones for scheduling, job updates, and communication.
- Experience with carpet cleaning, floor care, move-in/move-out cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is a plus but not required.
- Must supply your own basic cleaning equipment and products (see list below).
- Must carry your own General Liability Insurance ($1M per occurrence is typical) and provide proof of coverage before starting jobs. For a solo independent contractor, this typically runs about $40-$60 per month, though your exact rate depends on coverage limits, provider, and location. (Examples:, , )

- Must sign a non-solicitation agreement, agreeing not to solicit or contract directly with Inti's clients outside of your work through Inti.
