Myrtle Beach Vacation Rentals is a division of Elliott Beach Realty, and we are vacation rental company that provides cleaning services for privately owned rental properties from 77th Ave north to 59th Ave south in Myrtle Beach. Elliott Beach Rentals is all over the Grand Strand and we take pride in being locally owned and operated. Though you are out in the field representing your business, we would also like you to be aware that you are out representing our business as well.
We do require that our cleaning companies have a business license for the City of Myrtle Beach and insurance coverage up to $1M. If you have these documents and could send me proof of that, that will help us move forward with the hiring process when we get there.

Timely cleans, well maintained linens, and an overall clean welcoming experience is what we strive to give our guests when they book and vacation with our company.
Our cleaning companies are independent contractors that are 1099 employees. We are on a weekly pay schedule and checks are present in the office on Fridays. We do pay per unit and pay varies depending on the size of the unit and its status within our company (ex. Airbnb, luxury).
Reliable transportation is a must, as we do not assist in delivering anything to the units for housekeeping. We expect our cleaners to pick up provided linen and amenities at our office located at 3405 N Kings Hwy. We have an organized and coordinated linen process that is easy to follow.
A reliable source of communication is also a must, as we communicate via telephone, email, and a text-message link to our in-house housekeeping application. The link that directs you to our in-house application provides a list of your assigned units for the day, a feature that allows you to assign units to specific employees of your own, door access codes, notifies the incoming guests when their unit is clean and the most important feature of uploading photographs.
The photograph feature of the application gives proof to your hard work, allows the housekeeping department and other Elliott employees to visually see unit conditions and give a comparison when dealing with unsatisfied guests.
