Duties
- Assist with the venue setup
- Manage on-site logistics such as guest assistance, and vendor load in and load out to ensure seamless event flow
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues swiftly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Work under the supervision of Event Manager
