We're looking for Lead Coaches to lead toddler and preschool aged classes on Thursday 3:00-5:30 and Saturday 8:30am-12pm, with the option to add additional hours coaching and leading birthday parties.
We're a noncompetitive studio with small ratios (1:7 and 1:6), clear and engaging lesson plans, and our goal is for our coaches and kiddos to be successful each class. Coaches guide students through warm up, three circuits (floor, beam, and bars), and Tumbl Trak.
Responsibilities
- Coach and demonstrate skills detailed in each weekly lesson plan
- Class management including enforcing safety rules
- Provide positive feedback to help students grow both skills and confidence
- Engage with parents to discuss their child's development and address any concerns
- Be playful and silly while keeping students on track
Qualifications
- Gymnastics coaching experience required
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate children
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate well with parents and children
Coaches are required to pass a background check.
