What You’ll Do:
- Build strong relationships with business owners and become a trusted advisor for their insurance needs.
- Manage commercial accounts from quoting and binding to renewals and ongoing service.
- Help clients understand their coverage and make confident decisions about protecting their businesses.
- Gather accurate business and risk information for underwriting.
- Market accounts with carriers and communicate effectively with underwriters.
- Handle endorsements, certificates, audits, billing, renewals, and policy documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain strong client retention and long-term relationships.
- Support the growth of the Commercial Lines department through networking, referrals, partnerships, and community presence.
- Mentor and support team development as the department continues to expand.

Requirements:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (required).
- Active Property & Casualty License preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of insurance experience with strong commercial lines knowledge.
- Comfortable with sales, client relationships, and agency systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
