Ensure inventory for all locations is processed accurately and timely in our operating system. Serve as primary point of contact for all inventory control related issues and processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Applicant must be dilligent, organized and extremely detail oriented
- Assist bank and all locations with audits
- Assist with weekly reporting to analyze stocking levels for each brand
- Maintain accurate delivery dates in IDS systems
- Maintain communication with manufacture representatives
- Update MAP pricing within manufacturer guidelines
- File current year costs and MSRP
- Stock in units for all locations
- Reconcile invoices to reflect appropriate costs
- Scan Douments for each unit received
- Manage excel expreadsheets with unit details
- Reconcile all on-order reports monthly
- Communicate with transport companies to ensure accurate dispatch
- Verify costs, approve payments, and enter delivery dues for each unit

Education and Experience
- High school diploma required.
