We are looking for reliable individuals in the Colorado Springs area to join our team as Entry-Level Assembly Technicians. No prior manufacturing experience is required. If you have a hobby that requires fine detail work—like assembling PCs, gaming, sewing, crafting, or working on small mechanical parts—you already have the basic skills we are looking for. We will teach you the rest!
What You Will Learn & Do (Primary Responsibilities)
- Precision Assembly: Learn how to strip, crimp, and connect wires to build custom cable assemblies and wiring harnesses.
- Soldering: Receive hands-on training to perform precision soldering for clean, professional connections.
- Tool Operation: Safely learn to use automated wire cutters, pneumatic tools, and molding presses.
- Quality Inspections: Use magnifying glasses and basic measurement tools to check your work, making sure every finished piece looks clean and matches the instructions perfectly.
- Safety & Testing: Plug finished cables to make sure electricity flows through them perfectly before they go to the customer.
- Focus on Detail: Catch small mistakes at your station before products are shipped, ensuring top-tier quality.

- Great Hand-Eye Coordination: Excellent fine motor skills for handling very small pins, wires, and delicate connectors.
- Good Eyesight: Ability to work comfortably with small components and easily tell apart different color-coded wires.
- Ability to Learn: A desire to learn how to read and follow step-by-step assembly instructions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to showing up on time every day for your team.
