$16/hr +commission. Plus $25 daily call bonus

Responsibilities
- Manage collections on outstanding accounts to ensure timely payments
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone to resolve payment issues
- Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining positive client relationships
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of account status
- Collaborate with team members to improve collection strategies
- Analyze account information to identify trends and recommend solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the collection process
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in collections or a related field
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and financial concepts
- Ability to analyze account data and identify trends
- Proficiency in financial software and basic math skills
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
