Technical Sales Coordinator to join a leading HVAC manufacturer.
The Technical Sales Coordinator is required to provide sales support on technical product enquiries, order accuracy and the release of client orders into production.
This Technical Sales Coordinator position should have a technical aptitude and experience supporting customers, sales teams or manufacturing processes within HVAC, engineering, manufacturing or a related technical environment.

Technical Sales Coordinator Role:
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding HVAC products and services in a prompt, accurate and professional manner.
- Review new customer orders to ensure the correct information is in place before scheduling jobs into production.
- Work with Outside Sales Representatives to check project accuracy across mechanical plans, pricing and production configuration forms.
- Coordinate with Engineering to finalise special engineering requests and drawings before orders are released to production.
- Assist with final project pricing, electronic pricing submissions and final record submittals for customers.
- Able to commute to the office in Easton, Maryland
Technical Sales Coordinator Requirements:
- Experience as a Technical Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Coordinator, Inside Sales Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, Applications Coordinator or similar technical sales support role.
- Experience within HVAC, engineering, manufacturing or a related technical industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand product specifications and manufacturing processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Able to commute to the office in Easton, Maryland
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
