Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shifts 36 Hours/Week

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse to join the Float Pool team at Concord Hospital-Laconia. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment while delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
Monitor patients with advanced telemetry and cardiac conditions.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and cardiac drips, including Cardizem and insulin for hyperglycemia.
Accurately document patient care and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Float to designated units as needed while maintaining exceptional patient care standards.
Requirements
Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License.
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
Minimum 2+ years of recent acute care Med Surg/Telemetry experience.
Advanced Telemetry experience required.
Ability to pass the Advanced Dysrhythmia Exam.
Cerner EMR experience preferred.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills.
