Duties
- Lead and manage all store operations, including sales, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees while providing ongoing training and development to enhance team performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing plans, and marketing initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Oversee payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels through purchasing, stock replenishment, and inventory management systems to minimize shrinkage and maximize product availability.
- Supervise staff scheduling, shift management, and ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and managerial coaching.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising teams and managing store operations.
- Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, payroll processing, inventory management, and operational management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies, sales analysis, budgeting, and merchandising principles.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team management and managerial communication.
- Basic math skills essential for daily financial transactions and inventory control tasks.
- Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $49,865.54 - $60,053.12 per year
