Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist clients in completing vehicle registration, licensing, and title applications with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Verify and process documentation accurately using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools
- Provide clear guidance on required paperwork and procedures to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on pending applications or clarify client inquiries
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, including cash handling and receipt issuance
- Offer exceptional customer support via phone, in person, or online, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve client services while adhering to regulatory standards
Experience
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer service roles preferred, especially in vehicle licensing or government services
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy in typing and record keeping
- Bilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) highly desirable to serve diverse client populations
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills for efficient workflow management
- Experience with outbound calling, customer support, or sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette and analysis skills for troubleshooting client issues
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
