As a Junior AT&T Assistant, you will be a focal point for promoting and presenting AT&T Fiber internet and wireless solutions to customers throughout the Nashville area.
This Junior AT&T Assistant role is a full-time, in-person role that will expose you to customer engagement, sales, and leadership development, allowing you to strengthen your communication skills while learning to manage customer relationships, support team performance, and contribute to business growth.
What you will be doing as a Junior AT&T Assistant
- Connect directly with customers to introduce AT&T Fiber internet and wireless services.
- Educate customers on available products, speeds, pricing, and current promotions to help them make informed decisions.
- Assess customer needs to recommend telecommunications solutions that best fit their budget and lifestyle
- Guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process while ensuring accuracy and a positive customer experience.
- Track customer interactions, completed enrollments, and sales activity using company systems.
- Collaborate with Junior AT&T Assistant team members and leadership to achieve daily sales and customer acquisition goals.
