Responsibilities
- Assist with classroom management by supporting teachers during activities, transitions, and routines across different age groups
- Help supervise children during meals, snack times, and outdoor play to ensure safety and proper behavior management
- Support early childhood development initiatives by engaging children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and social skills
- Maintain a clean, organized environment by helping with classroom setup, cleanup, and sanitization procedures
- Respond promptly to children's needs, offering comfort and guidance as part of caregiving duties
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, or babysitting is highly preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices
- Prepare and distrubute lunches, clean the kitchen area, break teachers for lunch.
- Certifications such as first aid or CPR are advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to obtain required certifications is expected
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining patience and professionalism
