Purpose of Position:
To provide prompt and exceptional experiences to guests that order non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, and food. Proper collection of cash and charges, and to maintain the bar area in a clean and orderly manner.
Essential Functions (but not limited to):
1. Abide by all sanitation and safety policies and procedures.
2. Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in brand manual, and ownership employee handbook.
3. Advise management of any complaints, comps, discounts, voids, to ensure restaurants profitability.
4. Shall not consume alcoholic beverages while on the premises.
5. Shall not service intoxicated guests.
6. Shall not serve persons who are under the legal drinking age.
7. Answer, report and follow supervisor’s instructions.
8. Attending to customers upon entrance
9. Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
10. Complete all required cleaning each day.
Accountability:
Maintains high level of quality, service, and cleanliness.
Experience or Training Required:
Previous serving and restaurant experience preferred, but not necessary.
License or Certification Required:
Bartending License

Pay: $8.00 - $20.00 per hour
