Job Description
We are currently hiring Light Duty Rollback Operators. This role involves operating a light duty rollback tow truck to safely transport vehicles while providing excellent customer service.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Rotating shift with a minimum every other weekend off (still working 4-5 days a week)
- Shift details to be discussed during the interview
Responsibilities
- Operate a light duty rollback tow truck
- Safely load and unload vehicles
- Drive cautiously and follow all traffic laws and DOT regulations
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization inside the tow truck
Requirements
- Must be 23 years of age or older
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) – must be approved by insurance
- Valid Class D driver’s license
- DOT Medical Card (or willing to obtain one)
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- Prefer to reside in Berkeley County or Jefferson County, WV OR surrounding areas **If you do not reside in the 2 counties listed you will still be considered you just wont be able to take a truck home**
- Team-oriented with excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Towing experience is not required but prefer candidates with prior commercial driving experience

- Pay $20.00 per hour with overtime pay after 40hrs . Will run an average of 48hrs per week.
