Physical Therapist – Ventura, CA
We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our patient rehabilitation team and provide high-quality therapy services to patients throughout Ventura and West Ventura County.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient goals.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility and strength.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with case manager to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide compassionate support to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Valid California state license as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Experience in patient care within clinical or home health settings preferred.
- Ability to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and families.
- Familiarity with acute care environments is a plus.
- Travel within a 30 mile radius may be required
