Job Overview
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Own Network Performance: Take full ownership of performance outcomes for a scaling network of 100 to 1,000+ robot pilots, establishing and tracking critical success metrics.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Dive into messy, real-world pilot performance data (telemetry, task completion times, spreadsheets) to uncover core insights and identify what separates top-performing pilots from the rest.
- Optimize & Scale: Design and execute targeted training, coaching frameworks, and process improvements to continuously drive pilot metrics upward.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Communicate seamlessly across time zones and language barriers, bridging the gap between local operators in Southeast Asia and our core internal engineering teams in San Francisco.
- Build the Blueprint: Author the standard operating procedures (SOPs) that will directly train and advance autonomous AI models.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- Experience: 1+ years of professional experience, ideally coming from a fast-paced environment like Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Operations Strategy.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to look at unstructured data, draw actionable conclusions, and implement structural changes based on your findings.
- Communication Skills: Strong cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical processes across diverse teams and regions.
- Adaptability: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and is deeply excited about the future of robotics and AI.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
