Great Lakes Commercial Roofing specializes in Commercial & Industrial Roofing across 7 states! We have been in business for over 10 years and have a large customer base.
We are seeking a hunter sales person who can strategically work a territory, get the win and look for the next opportunity. Are you highly competitive in everything you do? Compensation is a base salary plus commission, pay ranges from $40,000.00 to $150,000.00 and beyond, there is no cap on what you can earn!
No commercial roofing experience necessary!
This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse clients, develop new markets, and manage key accounts across various industries. As a vital member of our sales force, you will leverage your expertise in B2B sales, territory management, and business development to drive revenue and foster long-term customer relationships. Your energetic approach and proactive mindset will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional customer value.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outside sales efforts, including cold calling and lead generation strategies.
- Manage existing client accounts with a focus on retention, upselling, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize coverage, increase market share, and meet sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads for inside and outside sales channels.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to measure roofs and calculate square footage, etc.
- Expertise in business development techniques including lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches.
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with a customer-focused approach to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Exceptional communication skills combined with a proactive attitude toward upselling and expanding account portfolios.
