Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support daily operations in a fast-paced farm office. This role handles Food Safety and Organic Compliance. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in an agricultural environment. This role will support Arizona and Oregon farming operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing and monitoring food safety systems
- Ensuring proper sanitation and cleaning procedures
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agricultural regulations
- Maintaining Supply Chain Integrity
- Responding to potential food safety hazards or incidents
- Conducting audits and inspections
- Provide general administrative support
Qualifications:
- Experience in Food Safety and Organic Compliance
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Work Environment:

- May require extended hours and travel during peak seasons
Compensation & Benefits:
