We are looking for a highly organized, motivated Operations Coordinator to help keep our projects, schedules, and communication running smoothly. This position plays a key role in connecting customers, field crews, and management to ensure projects stay on track from start to finish.
Position Summary:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating project details, and helping maintain an efficient workflow between the office and field teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project schedules and crew calendars
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments, project updates, and scheduling changes
- Assist with project setup, documentation, and job tracking
- Coordinate materials, equipment rentals, and deliveries
- Monitor project progress and help ensure timelines are met
- Work with management to identify scheduling conflicts and operational issues
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and company software systems
- Assist with lead management and customer follow-up
- Support daily office and operational functions as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations, project coordination, construction administration, office management, or a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable learning and using software systems and CRMs (Jobber experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Construction, fencing, or home service industry experience
- Scheduling or dispatch experience
- Customer service experience
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
