Our Bartenders will provide guests with effective, efficient, friendly service to ensure their return visit. Bartenders should have some service industry experience when applying. Please include your resume with relevant experience and current availability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sincerely greets and makes eye contact with all bar guests immediately, makes beverage suggestions and answers questions regarding food and beverage service
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar while adhering to recipes and procedures.
- Effectively creates and serves drinks in a fast paced environment
- Takes records and rings all items ordered by bar guests
- Observes bar guests to ensure that guests are satisfied with beverages and service; immediately recognizes and responds to any guest’s needs and/or requests
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar work areas
- Adheres to and complies with all state/local liquor laws and regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Must be able to constantly stand and work for an extended period of time
- Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees and guest
- Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, kneel, reach and squat on a frequent basis to obtain and store beverage items, small wares and service equipment.
- Must be able to work in an environment subject to loud noises from restaurant equipment and atmosphere
- Must be able to operate point-of-sale equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous bartending experience is preferred.
- Understanding of food service etiquette and ability to serve food.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
