The Role
We're looking for an Account Executive who will serve as the face of POWER to our clients and who has the instincts and drive to bring new ones in the door.
This is a dual-track role. On the account side, you're the quarterback: managing client relationships, translating business goals into clear direction for our team, and ensuring delivery is seamless. On the sales side, you're identifying opportunities, leading new business conversations, and closing. New clients you bring in become part of your portfolio, and you're rewarded accordingly.
Leadership will support you in sales meetings and early-stage closing. The ceiling here is yours to set.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering consistent communication on performance, strategy, and next steps.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, including their goals, their market, and their gaps, and connect those needs to the right POWER services.
- Filter and manage client requests with sound judgment, knowing what's urgent, what can wait, and what should be challenged before it reaches the team.
- Act as a clear, reliable conduit between clients and the POWER delivery team, protecting the team's focus and keeping clients informed throughout.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities as a natural byproduct of knowing your clients well.
- Generate new business through your network, referrals, and outreach, and own those relationships from close through ongoing servicing.
- Collaborate with leadership and department leads to scope work, set realistic timelines, and keep projects on track.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust quickly and maintain it over time.
- Enough marketing fluency to speak credibly with clients, ask the right questions, and offer informed recommendations.
- Organizational discipline and a proactive approach. You follow up, get ahead of problems, and don't let things fall through the cracks.
- A commercial mindset with an eye toward growth, not just account maintenance.
- The drive and self-motivation to go after new business in a commission-incentivized environment.
