Periodontal practice in the New Haven and Hamden seeking a skilled and qualified surgical assistant to fill full time position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: chairside dental assisting for oral surgical procedures, taking alginate impressions and fabricating oral appliances, taking digital radiographs and 3D CBCT images, greeting and interacting with patients during their appointment and maintaining dental instruments and equipment. High school diploma required. CDA preferred but not required. Must have Infection Control and Radiology certificates. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. All Covid-19 safety measures and precautions as directed by the CDC, ADA, and CSDA are followed
