C & L Automotive is a well-established family-owned automotive shop on West 11th in Eugene. We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Service Manager to join our team. This position is perfect for the person who loves to be busy, multitask, and can provide our customers with a raving experience. Candidates should be able to work efficiently as a team and independently. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience as an Assistant Automotive Service Writer and should be detail oriented, well spoken, energetic and possess excellent customer service skills.

Job Description:
- Obtain customer and vehicle information.
- Determine maintenance needs of vehicle based on age and mileage.
- Listen to customers vehicle concerns and report them accurately.
- Create computer generated estimates of needed repairs for customers
- Explain all work and charges to customers.
- Help with the scheduling.
- Good Computer skills/Previous use of RO Writer a plus!
- Shuttle customers as needed
- Answer phones
- Check-out customers
- Schedule appointments
- Daily closing procedure
- Receive payment on account
- Receive parts on repair orders
- Maintain office area
