Position Overview: Evolution Powersports is seeking a Social Media & Community Manager who's obsessed with building communities, not just follower counts. At EVP, we live at the edge of performance and build products that turn customers into loyal fans. We move fast, and we're small enough that your work truly matters — but big enough to lead the industry. You'll own our presence across all platforms, developing content strategy, engaging our audience, building relationships, and representing the highest horsepower brand in the powersports aftermarket. This isn't a post-and-ghost role. You'll be deep in the comments, close to the product, and tied directly to brand growth.
· Social publishing & content scheduling (priority platforms)
- Own the strategy and execution across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and any emerging platforms worthy of focus.
- Work with product development and sales to develop consistent content calendar balancing promotional, educational/informational, and community-driven content.
- Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) with speed, quality, and accuracy.
· Social Platform Search Optimization (SPSO)
- Create and own repeatable processes for social content search optimization (keywords, captions, hashtags, metadata, etc.) to bolster platform-native discovery and reach.
- Craft accurate, on-brand copywriting tailored specifically for each platform, understanding that Instagram and LinkedIn don’t speak the same language.
· Grows social audience on priority platforms
- Manage and grow the greater EVP social community: timely responses to DM’s and comments, seek out answers for customer inquiries, and direct sales leads with priority.
- Establish familiarization with EVP product portfolio to assist online buyers with decision-making and direct links to product information.
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns in coordination with broader marketing, sales, and product development efforts.
· Community Engagement & DMs
- Comfortable handling negative feedback and brand criticism on social platforms — calm under pressure, quick to respond with professionalism, and understand when to escalate issues internally.
- Collaborate with marketing team, sales, customer service and product development to keep messaging aligned and timely.
- Point person for all EVP partner collaboration posts, ensuring timely approvals, re-shares, and cross-platform syndication.
· Influencer / Creator Coordination
- Source and manage UGC and creator partnerships.
- Serve as primary point of contact for sponsored racers and influencers — managing relationships, coordinating content deliverables, and ensuring partners are representing EVP on-brand and on-time.
- Implement new EVP Racer and Influencer onboarding process, tracking deliverables, communicating key projects to internal team members, and reporting measurable results.
· Feedback loop—Product Marketing & Sales
- Translate social brand sentiment and community feedback into actionable insights for product development and sales teams.
- Surface trends, recurring complaints, and product reactions in real time.
