Program Coordinator for Safe Driving Campus Campaigns
Hunter's Fund, a charity dedicated to promoting safe driving and supporting young people through innovative grants, seeks a motivated Remote Program Coordinator to help expand our reach with fraternity, sorority and service organizations nationwide.
Chapters of one national fraternity have already selected Hunter’s Fund as their designated charity, hosting various fundraising events throughout the year, from Safe Driving Weeks to marathons, sports competitions, and talent shows.
This role will work closely with Greek chapters to coordinate these efforts, ensuring their success while making a lasting impact on communities across the country.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once; our team typically coordinates one dozen or more campaigns simultaneously
- Proficient in Mac, Microsoft Word, Excel, and virtual fundraising platforms like Classy
- Familiarity with Greek organizations and experience in event planning or fundraising
- Comfortable working with platforms like Zoom, Slack, Trello, Salesforce and Canva
- Comfortable with AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.
- Eager to learn and adapt to various online creative and management platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel to provide on-site support to college campuses a plus
- Confident in calling and thanking donors who support our Safe Driving Program
Key Responsibilities:
- Using Zoom, support college organizations such as fraternities, sororities and service organizations n planning and executing a range of fundraising events
- Coordinate Safe Driving Weeks and other fundraising initiatives with student volunteers
- Provide training and virtual workshops to help students raise awareness for distracted driving prevention
- Build and manage relationships with volunteers, donors, and chapter leadership
- Assist in promoting fundraising efforts using various digital platforms and tools
- Provide administrative support to effectively coordinate and track results of program activities
