Red Label Enterprises offers High Speed Fiber Internet. Fiber service is rolling out across our Glendale-area territories right now, and we are adding sales representatives to introduce residents to it. Every home you visit is in a neighborhood where fiber is newly available, so you are offering a real upgrade people actually want, not cold-pitching a product nobody asked for.
How you are paid
This is a 100% commission position with no base salary. Please apply only if performance-based pay fits your situation.
$150–$175 commission per completed fiber installation. Additional commissions on add-on products. Paid weekly, uncapped. Reps consistently completing 3–5 installations per week currently earn approximately $500–$900 per week; higher production earns more. W-2 position. Product and field training is provided and training time is paid in accordance with California law. No fees, no lead purchasing, no inventory to buy. Ever.
What you will do
Work assigned neighborhood territories with confirmed fiber availability. Talk with residents door to door, present service options, and complete accurate orders. Follow up so your installations complete (commission pays on completed installs). Attend a brief afternoon team meeting and track your day in our team app.
What we provide
Assigned territories, mapped and confirmed serviceable before you knock. Training and daily coaching from a sales manager who sells in the field alongside the team. Weekly commission payouts with a clear, written comp plan from day one. A promotion path to team lead roles as we open new markets.
What we are looking for
Comfortable talking to people face to face; sales experience helps but is not required. Self-motivated and disciplined with your own schedule. Reliable transportation to assigned territories. Available weekday afternoon hours, roughly 4–8 hours per day. 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus in our territories.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, afternoon's. Part-time and full-time schedules available.
Pay: Commission only. $150–$175 per completed installation plus add-on commissions, paid weekly, uncapped. Typical earnings at consistent production are $500–$900 per week. Earnings figures reflect actual current team production and are not guaranteed; individual results vary based on effort and performance.
