Tuk Tuk Boom is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily business operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and capable of handling confidential information while ensuring data accuracy across company systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain business records, invoices, inventory data, and employee information.
- Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies.
- Organize digital and physical documents for easy retrieval.
- Generate reports and spreadsheets as requested by management.
- Assist with inventory tracking and vendor records.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure database accuracy.
- Support administrative tasks and other office duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience preferred.
- Strong typing and computer skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
